At Coffeepuravida Store, we want you to love every pair you purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it easy. Please read the full policy below before initiating a return.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags still attached.
- Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of use.
- Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked non-returnable at purchase are not eligible for return.
- Original packaging is preferred but not required.
How to Start a Return
Follow these simple steps to request a return:
- Contact Us — Email us at [email protected] or call +1 (909) 443-6100 with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Return Authorization — Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions within 2 business days.
- Ship the Item — Securely pack the item and include your RMA number inside the package. Ship to the address provided in your authorization email.
- Refund Processing — Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
We refund the item price only. Original shipping charges ($4.99) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, manufacturing defect, or damage in transit).
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] and include a photo of the item. We will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no charge to you.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Coffeepuravida Store is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
